About Tycho Brahe
Tycho Brahe was the Danish scientist who during the renaissance sat the island of Ven on the world map.
On Ven Tycho built one of Europe's first and finest research institutions to the use of empirical research. The institution included among other things, the spectacular castle Uraniborg, the underground observatory Stjerneborg and a fantastic renaissance garden.
