Stjerneborg - An astronomical observatory underground

Today, the exterior of Stjerneborg is reconstructed and shows how Stjerneborg looked during the 16th century.

Inside the observatory there is a multimedia show that tells the story of how Tycho Brahe worked during his observations.

Scale like reconstructions of Tycho Brahes instruments are placed inside the observatory.

The multimedia show starts every 15th minute. Reservation is obligatory and is carried out while buying entrance to the museum area. Pre-booked groups have preference.
